We are very happy to present the palette shop – our new retailer in Singapore!

“The palette shop aims to provide an alternative shopping experience for discerning shoppers who are tired of massproduced products and duplicate shopping malls. Featuring exclusive clothing and accessories labels, often hand-made, from small, independent designers mainly from Europe and the USA, the shop aims to provide products which are functional and versatile to suit any palette”.

Siljan was founded by three friends, Erika, Melora and Jakob, living in Portland, Oregon. Here is how they describe the shop:

The FADER is a music and style magazine based in the US. When we visited New York this autumn we got invited to their office where we got to meet with senior editor Amber Bravo. At the time she was working on a round-up of essential boot/shoe styles for winter. She ended up featuring Uma shoes in the article!

During Paris fashion week in September we had our first meeting with Odette the beautiful owner of Profumodibiscotti. The boutique is located in Cesena, close to Bologna in Italy. profumodibiscotti carry brands such as Vanessa Bruno, Kallistè, Les Petites… and many more. We are really excited about our first retailer in Italy!

nana & bird is a multi-label boutique that stocks fashion and lifestyle products curated by co-founders, best friends and shopaholics Georgina Koh and Tan Chiew Ling.

nana & bird started off as a pop-up concept store in Singapore in April 2010 because Georgina and Tan Chiew didn’t want to be yet another retail shop selling clothes. So they set out to create an intimate setting for their friends and customers to be able to hang out and have a cup of coffee while they were shopping.

nana & bird’s philosophy is to sell only what they love, and we are very happy and excited that Patouf is amongst their carefully chosen brands.

Yesterday was the finale of Swedish Elite Model Search 2011. Patouf was one of four designers; American Apparel, Dagmar and Lee featured in the fashion show. The show was held at Berns in Stockholm and styled by amazing stylist Gustav Skärbring. Here are a few pictures from the show:
